Treating everyone with dignity and respect

We firmly believe that all people should be treated with dignity and respect. It is one of our core values and we are committed to providing a work environment where every employee is treated appropriately. We do not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, unfair treatment, or retaliation of any kind. Discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment and bullying, are not tolerated in the workplace or in any work-related circumstance outside the workplace. Any acts of unfair treatment will not be tolerated. We treat all complaints of physical, sexual, psychological, verbal harassment or abuse, discrimination, bullying or other forms of intimidation seriously, investigate promptly and, where appropriate, act.

Human Rights Policy

Innospec’s Human Rights Policy outlines our commitment to respect internationally recognized human rights standards, including the principles of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Labor Organization (ILO) Principles and the UN Global Compact. These principles help us prevent adverse impacts on human rights.

The policy provides a summary of the human rights, including labor rights and others, that are salient to our operations. We have implemented standards and processes that require all our employees to act in a fair, ethical and lawful manner towards communities, customers, suppliers, colleagues, investors, and other business partners. As well as having policies, processes, and monitoring mechanisms within our own operations, we expect the same standards of our business partners.
